Born of a vision to serve Brooklyn
In 2003, we saw that many Brooklyn condominiums and multi-family investors were being underserved and overlooked when it came to finding professional property management services. In response, we created Guardian Property Management of Brooklyn LLC in 2005 to bring the highest level of professional property management services to our Brooklyn Real Estate community. Since then, GPM’s team of property managers and support staff have been dedicated to ensure that our clients receive the best customer service experience possible. Now, after almost 2 decades in the industry and having established long term relationships with all of our vendors, GPM is taking much of the guesswork out of the difficult vendor-vetting process for our clients.
